Board Resolutions
Throughout the school year, important matters are brought before the Board. Some of these manifest as board resolutions, which the Board votes on in a roll call. Once a board resolution has been voted on, the document will have the results written down with the current Board Clerk's signature.
Board resolutions are numbered by school year and chronological order. For example, the first one during the 2024-25 academic year would be written as #24/25-01. Only after the meeting will a resolution be uploaded with the vote and Board Clerk's signature.
The digital files have this naming convention, from left to right:
- Resolution number (if it is #24/25-01, it would be typed as 24-25-01)
- Resolution title or a shortened version of it
- The date it was reviewed by the Board (YEAR-MONTH-DAY format)
A Gmail login is not required to access resolutions. Simply click the academic year you'd like to view.
