Board Resolutions
Throughout the school year, important matters are brought before the Board. Some of these manifest as board resolutions, which the Board votes on in a roll call. Once a board resolution has been voted on, the document will have the results written down with a trustee's signature to certify it.
Board resolutions are numbered by school year and chronological order. For example, the first one during the 2024-25 academic year would be written as #24/25-01. Only after the meeting will a resolution be uploaded with the vote and Board Clerk's signature.
The digital files have this naming convention, from left to right:
- Resolution number (if it is #24/25-01, it would be typed as 24-25-01)
- Resolution title or a shortened version of it
- The date it was reviewed by the Board (year-month-day format)
A Gmail login is not required to access resolutions. Simply click the academic year you'd like to view.
