Agendas & Minutes
Agendas for regular board meetings are posted 72 hours before the meeting begins. Agendas for special board meetings are instead posted 24 hours before.

Public Participation
The public may comment on an item in the agenda or a topic not listed. The individual/organization representative that wishes to comment must be at the meeting in person to make a public comment. There will be cards available to fill out and give to the secretary.
Please note that public comment cards must be given before the item is reviewed, so that the Board may receive the comment before approving the item in question or continuing to the next item.
Meeting Dates & Adopted Minutes
At each regular meeting, it is the previous meeting's minutes that are approved and adopted.
