Mrs. Walter

Welcome Robert Sanders Family!

I am Mrs. Walter the Reading Intervention Teacher and 1st - 6th grade Student Leadership Advisor. I have been working in this district for 12 years, but I have been teaching for a total of 19 years. I am not only a teacher in this district, but I am a proud product of Mt. Pleasant Elementary School District. 

As an Reading Intervention Teacher, my goal is to help students reach success with their reading and writing skills. I work very closesly with the teachers, staff, and families to help support the students at Robert Sanders. I believe working as a team will help our students grow.

As a Student Leadership advisor, my goal is to teach our students how to be role models for our school and the community we live in. In Student Leadership we focus on teamwork, the 3 B's (Be Respectful, Be Responsible, & Be Safe), and different ways to support our school.
