Ms. Locklin

Happy New Year! Welcome to Kindergarten in Room 10. My name is Ms. Locklin and I am looking forward to the beginning of the new year with all of our students. This is my 8th year teaching at Robert Sanders and I am exctatic about starting the new year and getting to know all of you. Please check out our web page for links to learning sights. A little about me, I have two dogs and love going on hikes with them. My Maltipoo's name is Fluffy and he's a boy and my Chocolate Lab is a girl and her name is Lexie. They are like my children! :) I also enjoy paddleboarding in Lake Tahoe in the summer and snowboarding in the winter. I love to read and write as well as do DIY artsy stuff around the house. I went to CA State Fullerton for my Bachelor's degree and teaching credential. 

The things I look forward to every year are getting to know my students, teaching them to love learning and to become life long learners, helping my students make connections to each area of our learnings which in return helps them grow as leaders and learners, and to become kind hearted students that care for others.
