Miss Bui

Hello! My name is Lisa Bui, 2nd Grade teacher at Robert Sanders Elementary. 

 

I started in Mt. Pleasant Elementary School District in August 2016 at Ida Jew Academy for three years teaching TK and Kindergarten. I am excited to be joining the Robert Sanders family as a second grade teacher!

I have been working in a school environment for over 14+ years with a focus in the TK, Kindergarten and First Grade Levels. I have a B.A. in Child and Adolescent Development, Multiple Subject Credential and a Masters in Teaching.  With my educational background and lower elementary teaching experience I am excited to take on second grade!

I enjoy teaching and introducing children to new concepts and the joy of learning. Not only am I a teacher, but I myself am a life long learner and want to instill that trait in your children as well. I believe that not only do the students learn from me, but I learn from them just the same! Each day is a learning experience for all!

 

Each child is a unique individual! I personally believe in the importance of getting to know each student and their family to familiarize myself with the best approach and methods for that child to learn to the best of their ability. In working together - the parents, child and myself, I believe that together we are the BEST team to support your child's learning and school experience.
