Hello Boeger Families,

I have over 35 years of teaching experience and have been at Mt. Pleasant School District for 25 of them. I have taught grades 4-8th all subjects, but math is my favorite. I am also the Program Leader for the 8th grade Washington DC/ New York City trip we take in the spring. I love our district! My own children went to our schools. It is like a family, working together for the good of our students, families, and the community.

Prior to teaching in public schools, I had a dance studio called, Jazz It Up Dancers for 13 years. At one time, I served over 100 students from preschool through adults. I love teaching and forming an alliance with my students and their families. I am testimony that all students can be successful and achieve academic excellence through believing in themselves, hard work, and asking questions for understanding.

Fun Facts:
I have 3 kids and 5 grandchildren! I love to travel and have traveled to many places outside of the United States. Some places include Mexico, El Salvador, Costa Rica, France, Italy, Venice, Bali, Singapore, Nice, and many places here in the United States. I have a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling and hope to transition from teaching to counseling when I retire. I connect with people and love to help those in need.
