Dear Mt. Pleasant Families,
We are excited to offer the Mt. Pleasant After School (MPAS) Program for the 2026–27 school year! The MPAS program is free for all MPESD students. If more students register than we have space for, priority will be given to students who:
- Qualify for Free or Reduced-Price Meals
- Are experiencing homelessness
- Are in foster care
In previous years, we have been able to enroll nearly all students who registered. If the program reaches capacity, additional students will be placed on a waitlist. We expect to follow the same process this year.
Registration Options
Option 1: Register In Person
Date: Wednesday, August 12
Location: August Boeger Middle School
Time: 9:00–11:00 AM
MPAS staff will be available to help you complete your registration. Please plan to arrive around the scheduled start time. There is no need to line up early.
Option 2: Register Online
Registration Opens: Wednesday, August 12 at 9:00 AM

All registrations will receive a timestamp showing when they were submitted. If the program fills up, registrations will be processed based on the submission time, while also giving priority to students who qualify for Free or Reduced-Price Meals, are experiencing homelessness, or are in foster care.

Estimadas familias de Mt. Pleasant:
¡Nos complace ofrecer el programa extracurricular de Mt. Pleasant (MPAS) para el año escolar 2026–2027! El programa MPAS es gratuito para todos los estudiantes del Distrito Escolar Primario de Mt. Pleasant (MPESD). Si se inscriben más estudiantes de los que podemos atender, se dará prioridad a los estudiantes que:

Califican para recibir comidas gratuitas o a precio reducido

Están en situación de falta de vivienda

Están bajo cuidado de crianza temporal (foster care)
En años anteriores, hemos podido inscribir a casi todos los estudiantes que se registraron. Si el programa alcanza su capacidad máxima, los estudiantes adicionales serán colocados en una lista de espera. Esperamos seguir el mismo proceso este año.

Opción 1: Pueden asistir en persona

El personal del programa MPAS estará disponible para ayudarle a completar su inscripción. Le recomendamos llegar aproximadamente a la hora programada de inicio. No es necesario hacer fila con anticipación.

Todas las inscripciones recibirán una marca de fecha y hora que indicará cuándo fueron enviadas. Si el programa alcanza su capacidad máxima, las inscripciones se procesarán según el orden en que fueron recibidas, dando prioridad a los estudiantes que califican para recibir comidas gratuitas o a precio reducido, que están en situación de falta de vivienda o que se encuentran bajo cuidado de crianza temporal (foster care).

Chúng tôi rất vui được tiếp tục triển khai Chương trình Sau Giờ Học Mt. Pleasant (MPAS) cho năm học 2026–2027! Chương trình MPAS hoàn toàn miễn phí dành cho tất cả học sinh thuộc Học Khu Tiểu Học Mt. Pleasant (MPESD). Nếu số lượng học sinh đăng ký vượt quá khả năng tiếp nhận của chương trình, ưu tiên sẽ được dành cho những học sinh:

Đủ điều kiện nhận bữa ăn miễn phí hoặc giảm giá

Đang trong tình trạng không có nơi ở ổn định (vô gia cư)

Đang được chăm sóc nuôi dưỡng (foster care)
Trong những năm trước, chúng tôi đã có thể tiếp nhận gần như tất cả học sinh đăng ký. Nếu chương trình đạt đến sức chứa tối đa, các học sinh đăng ký sau sẽ được đưa vào danh sách chờ. Chúng tôi dự kiến sẽ áp dụng quy trình tương tự trong năm nay.

Nhân viên chương trình MPAS sẽ có mặt để hỗ trợ quý vị hoàn tất việc đăng ký. Xin vui lòng đến vào khoảng thời gian bắt đầu theo lịch. Quý vị không cần đến sớm để xếp hàng.

Tất cả các đơn đăng ký sẽ được ghi nhận thời gian nộp. Nếu chương trình nhận đủ số lượng học sinh, việc xét duyệt sẽ dựa trên thời điểm nộp đơn, đồng thời vẫn ưu tiên những học sinh đủ điều kiện nhận bữa ăn miễn phí hoặc giảm giá, đang trong tình trạng vô gia cư, hoặc đang được chăm sóc nuôi dưỡng.
