Workplace Violence Prevention Plan (WVPP)

Senate Bill 553, passed on September 30, 2023, is a law that ensures that all workplaces have a plan in place to prevent, address, and log violent incidents. This plan is called the Workplace Violence Prevention Plan, or WVPP.
