Hello!
Thank you once again for choosing to volunteer with Mount Pleasant School District.
We ask that you complete a few essential forms and requirements to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process. Please follow the steps below:
1. Complete Onboarding Forms:
Please fill out the electronic onboarding forms. These documents are crucial for maintaining accurate records and ensuring safety and compliance.
2. Background Check:
A Live Scan background check is required as part of our volunteer policy. Please plan to do this Live Scan at least two (2) weeks before your intended volunteer date. This is to ensure that we know if you are cleared to volunteer in a timely manner. Processing time is dependent on the State of California Department of Justice, not MPESD. MPESD cannot expedite your Live Scan request.
3. Provide Proof of Negative TB:
Please provide a copy of your TB test results.
