Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee
Welcome to our our Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) page. The Mount Pleasant Elementary School District has been serving the children and families in the neighborhoods of District 5 and 8 since 1865. We currently serve 1,920 students in five schools and one District Office with grades spanning from preschool to eighth grade. We provide services and programs in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics (STEAM) education, Visual Arts, Performing Arts (VAPA), Special Education, Dual-Immersion (English/Spanish), and Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID).

Annual Bond Program Report 2023-2024
This report provides an update of the 2023-2024 school year bond expenditures in the area of construction, community input and other information related to the management of the bond program as well as information on the Mount Pleasant Elementary School District Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC).
